- Today - before you think of saying an unkind word — Think of someone who can't speak.
Before you complain about the taste of your food — Think of someone who has nothing to eat.
Before you complain about your husband or wife — Think of someone who's crying out to God for a companion.
Today before you complain about life — Think of someone who went too early to heaven.
Before you complain about your children — Think of someone who desires children but they're barren.
Before you argue about your dirty house, someone didn't clean or sweep — Think of the people who are living in the streets.
- Before whining about the distance you drive — Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.
And when you are tired and complain about your job — Think of the unemployed, the disabled and those who wished they had your job.
- But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another — Remember that not one of us is without sin and we all answer to one maker. And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down — Put a smile on your face and thank God you're alive and still around.

- Life is a gift; Live it; Enjoy it; Celebrate it; and fulfill it.

As you
might
know,
the head
of a
company
survived
9/11
because
his son
started
kindergarten.
Another
fellow
was
alive
because
it was
his turn
to bring
donuts.
One
woman
was late
because
her
alarm
clock
didn't
go off
in time.
One was
late
because
of being
stuck on
the NJ
Turnpike
because
of an
auto
accident.
One of
them
missed
his bus.
One
spilled
food on
her
clothes
and had
to take
time to
change.
One's
car
wouldn't
start.
One went
back to
answer
the
telephone
..
One had
a Child
that
dawdled
and
didn't
get
ready as
soon as
he
should
have.
One
couldn't
get a
taxi.
The one
that
struck
me was
the man
who put
on a new
pair of
shoes
that
morning,
took the
various
means to
get to
work but
before
he got
there,
he
developed
a
blister
on his
foot. He
stopped
at a
drugstore
to buy a
band-aid.
That is
why he
is alive
today.
Now when
I am
stuck in
traffic
, miss
an
elevator,
turn
back to
answer a
ringing
telephone
all the
little
things
that
annoy me
I think
to
myself,
This is
exactly
where
God
wants me
to be at
this
very
moment..
Next
time
your
morning
seems to
be going
wrong ,
the
children
are slow
getting
dressed,
You
can't
seem to
find the
car keys,
You hit
every
traffic
light,
don't
get mad
or
frustrated;
It May
be just
that
God is
at work
watching
over
you.
May God
continue
to bless
you
with all
those
annoying
little
things
and may
you
remember
their
possible
purpose.

A very strong video from 9/11

Balance in all
things.......
God was missing for six days.
Eventually, Michael the Archangel
found him resting on the seventh
day.
He inquired, "Where have you been?"
God smiled deeply and proudly
pointed downwards through the
clouds, "Look, Michael. Look what
I've made."
Archangel Michael looked puzzled,
and said, "What is it?"
"It's a planet," replied God, "and
I've put Life on it. I'm going to
call it Earth and it's going to be a
place to test Balance."
"Balance?" inquired Michael, "I'm
still confused."
God explained, pointing to different
parts of earth. "For example,
northern Europe will be a place of
great opportunity and wealth, while
southern Europe is going to be poor.
Over here I've placed a continent of
white people, and over there is a
continent of black people. Balance
in all things."
God continued pointing to different
countries. "This one will be
extremely hot, while this one will
be very cold and covered in ice."
The Archangel , impressed by God's
work, then pointed to a land area
and said, "What's that one?"
"That's Washington State, the most
glorious place on earth. There are
beautiful mountains, rivers and
streams, lakes, forests, hills, and
plains. The people from Washington
State are going to be handsome,
modest, intelligent, and humorous,
and they are going to travel the
world. They will be extremely
sociable, hardworking, high
achieving, and they will be known
throughout the world as diplomats,
carriers of peace, and producers of
software."
Michael gasped in wonder and
admiration, but then asked, "But
what about balance, God? You said
there would be balance."
God smiled, "There is another
Washington. Wait till you see the
idiots I put there."
