Welcome to Kenya, East Africa

Kenya unlike many African country has enjoyed political stability for a long period. The country is divided into two by the Equator ( West to East) and the Great Riftvalley runs from the North to the south of the country. The country has been revered by anthropologists as the 'cradle of humanity' and to the travellers ( holiday makers, educational tours, cultural tours, reseach tours etc) often say -  Kenya boasts the most diverse collection of culture and wild life on the continent. The country is endowed with a number of natural resources, its a home to the BIG Five at their natural habitants that is Elephants, Lion (king of the jungle), Rhino, Buffaloes, and Leopards.

ABERDARES NATIONAL PARK

AMBOSELI

Located at the foothills of Africa's highest mountain, Amboseli forms the perfect auditorium for an impressive display of wildlife against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Amboseli is renowned for its elephant population which are attracted by the swamps. other animals include: Black rhino, Gerenuk, Kori Bustard, Ostriches.

MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE

A game reserve offering the perfect combination of gentle climate added with scenic splendour and unbelievable wildlife. Masai Mara annually stages nature's greatest wildlife spectacle - more than a million wildebeests moving as a great mass across the savannah in search of greener pastures. The wildlife: Abundant game including lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, black rhino, cheetah, zebras and the wildebeest migration in July and August.

NAKURU NATIONAL PARK

Lake Nakuru is famed for the millions of flamingoes that seasonally grace its shores and turn the shores of the lake pink.

Besides the wildlife to the south vistors enjoy the sorrounding calm blue sea and the tropical beaches of the Kenyan coast. The coastline is a tropical paradise of palm fringed white sand beaches, where the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean meet beautiful coral reefs. The protective reefs have created ideal beaches with calm, inviting waters. Days are filled with sunshine and nights are balmy and warm with gentle sea breezes.

Here the wilderness meets the sea, and the ocean itself holds a world of spectacular coral reefs. The beaches are backed with coconut palms, frangipani and casuarinas trees. Forests of mangroves to the far south create a spectacular ecological zone and huge baobab trees grow along the north coastal strip.

The Kenyan coast has a lot to offer from surfing, adventure activities to family holidays, island weddings, and romantic honeymoons! Fronting the Indian Ocean, is a series of beautiful beach hotels offering world class accommodation.

Lamu is a place like no other, a peaceful tropical island where life is lived at it's own relaxed rhythm, but a place whose history is as mysterious and fascinating as the winding streets of it's medieval stone town. The island itself is a beautiful place of rolling dunes and endless beaches, where tiny villages nestle among coconut and mango plantations and lateen sailed dhows ply the waters. But Lamu's real attraction is its Old town.

O God of all creation
Bless this our land and nation
Justice be our shield and defender
May we dwell in unity
Peace and liberty
Plenty be found within our borders.

Let one and all arise
With hearts both strong and true
Service be our earnest endeavour
And our homeland of Kenya
Heritage of splendour
Firm may we stand to defend.

Let all with one accord
In common bond united
Build this our nation together
And the glory of Kenya
The fruit of our labour
Fill every heart with thanksgiving.

DID YOU AUTHORIZE HIM?

Few weeks ago, The Governor of the central bank of Nigeria was approached
by a top executive of a UK bank to help facilitate commercial documents
for huge transfer. This is as a result of one of the international
collaborations with Apex banks of different nations of the world.
Usually we have working relations with top UK banks which sometimes serve
as confirming house for the Nigerian Banks, while we help to facilitate
certain documentations for commercial trade to cover huge payments for
such banks.

Having normalized documents for payment in your favor ,l was surprised
when the banker suddenly requested me to replace your name with another
name whom he presented to me ,claiming that you have authorized the said
person to receive your payment. More surprising is the fact that he gave
me international banking code to issue ATM with the name of such person.
This because suspicious to me and the governor requested that I should get
in touch with you to inquire whether you authorized the said person to
receive your payment.

Furthermore, the Governor has informed me to let you know that with the
present working arrangement between the Federal Government of Nigeria
and some prime banks in US and Europe, we can allow you to draw your
payment through US or Europe bank.
If you know you did not authorize anybody to receive your fund or
substitute your name, kindly let me know so that I will include your name
for you to be paid right inside the bank your country.

I have promised to help you and I will ensure speedy support for you to
receive your money. I have watched your payment frequently turned down
each time, but with this arrangement between the Government and the EU/US
banks, I am sure , if you accept to be paid right there, you will surely
be paid.
If you still want to collect the fund, please email back to me

Yours faithfully,

Dr Kingsley Muoghalu
Deputy Governor, CBN,-FSS
