Welcome to Kenya, East
Africa

Kenya unlike many
African country has
enjoyed political
stability for a long
period. The country is
divided into two by the
Equator ( West to East)
and the Great Riftvalley
runs from the North to
the south of the
country. The country has
been revered by
anthropologists as the
'cradle of humanity' and
to the travellers (
holiday makers,
educational tours,
cultural tours, reseach
tours etc) often say
- Kenya boasts the most
diverse collection of
culture and wild life on
the continent. The
country is endowed with
a number of natural
resources, its a home to
the BIG Five at their
natural habitants that is Elephants, Lion (king
of the jungle), Rhino,
Buffaloes, and Leopards.

majesty and beauty

marvelous mountain range
in the Central Highlands
of Kenya with crystal

hotels of Kenya

- AMBOSELI

of Africa's highest
mountain, Amboseli forms
the perfect auditorium
for an impressive

against the backdrop of
Mount Kilimanjaro.

the perfect combination
of gentle climate added
with scenic splendour
and unbelievable

greatest wildlife

across the savannah in
search of greener
pastures. The wildlife:
Abundant game including

wildebeest migration in
July and August.

- NAKURU
NATIONAL PARK
Lake Nakuru is famed for
the millions of
flamingoes that
seasonally grace its
shores and turn the
shores of the lake pink.
Besides the wildlife to
the south vistors enjoy
the sorrounding calm
blue sea and the
tropical beaches of the
Kenyan coast. The
coastline is a tropical
paradise of palm fringed
white sand beaches,
where the turquoise
waters of the Indian
Ocean meet beautiful
coral reefs. The
protective reefs have
created ideal beaches
with calm, inviting
waters. Days are filled
with sunshine and nights
are balmy and warm with
gentle sea breezes.
Here the wilderness
meets the sea, and the
ocean itself holds a
world of spectacular
coral reefs. The beaches
are backed with coconut
palms, frangipani and
casuarinas trees.
Forests of mangroves to
the far south create a
spectacular ecological
zone and huge baobab
trees grow along the
north coastal strip.
The Kenyan coast has a
lot to offer from
surfing, adventure
activities to family
holidays, island
weddings, and romantic
honeymoons! Fronting the
Indian Ocean, is a
series of beautiful
beach hotels offering
world class
accommodation.
Lamu is a place like no
other, a peaceful
tropical island where
life is lived at it's
own relaxed rhythm, but
a place whose history is
as mysterious and
fascinating as the
winding streets of it's
medieval stone town. The
island itself is a
beautiful place of
rolling dunes and
endless beaches, where
tiny villages nestle
among coconut and mango
plantations and lateen
sailed dhows ply the
waters. But Lamu's real
attraction is its Old
town.

Most
Kenyans will understand

O God of all creation
Bless this our land and nation
Justice be our shield and defender
May we dwell in unity
Peace and liberty
Plenty be found within our borders.
Let one and all arise
With hearts both strong and true
Service be our earnest endeavour
And our homeland of Kenya
Heritage of splendour
Firm may we stand to defend.
Let all with one accord
In common bond united
Build this our nation together
And the glory of Kenya
The fruit of our labour
Fill every heart with thanksgiving. |
